The real estate workshop is comprised of three areas. Phase one gathers your basic real estate information and needs. That is what we will do below. Phase 2 covers your financial plan. After all, real estate will probably make-up the largest part of your plan. Hopefully, phase 3 will be taking place the whole while -- education.
