Most real estate companies (agencies) have worked very hard to control as many listings as possible. This of course, means they are under contract to represent all of the sellers of those properties.

We are committed to strong client representation and believe this can only be offered to buyers through buyer agency, without Disclosed Dual Agency. Our company maintains a limited number of listings at any given time. Therefore we are free to represent the buyer on almost all of the properties available today.
