    Learn long distance. Familiarize yourself with your new location. Your Prudential Preferred Properties Sales Associate in your new destination will send you information on the area. If you have special needs and interests, ask for help early on, so that your requests can be addressed.

    Overview-Before you start looking at homes, ask your Your Prudential Preferred Properties Sales Associate for an overview tour. See where the schools, recreational facilities, and paces of worship are located. Catch the "flavor" of the area and you'll feel more comfortable in selecting your new home.

    Customs-All areas treat home purchases and sales differently. Have your Your Prudential Preferred Properties Sales Associate detail the procedures for you so that you know what to expect.

    WORKING WITH YOUR SALES ASSOCIATE

    Pick ONE Prudential Preferred Properties Sales Associate and stay with them. Nothing inspires a professional more than knowing your relying on them completely.

    Once you have decided to commit your loyalty to your Prudential Preferred Properties Sales Associate, and you are interested in seeing a home listed with another firm, let arrange for a showing. Remember, all members of a multiple listing service can show all listings. It is not necessary to call each Realtor to see different listings Be frank with your sales person about your price range and your reaction to each property. Secrecy only confuses the picture and makes his job and your search for the right home more difficult.

    If you go to an Open House unaccompanied by your Sales Associate, you can no longer obtain that house through your Sales Associate. The salesperson holding the Open House becomes the selling associate and your Sales Associate, who has spent hours of time to serve you, will not be compensated. Call your Sales Associate to accompany you to any Open House you attend.

    If you see an ad in the paper which piques your curiosity, call your Sales Associate and ask him about it. Let your Sales Associate make the inquiry; he can obtain a lot more information from a fellow Realtor-which will ultimately be more beneficial to you and all parties concerned.

    If you are unhappy with your Sales Associate, let the Relocation Director or Branch Manager know. They will appreciate knowing this and will graciously assign a more compatible Sales Associate to serve you. It is important to us that you be fully satisfied.
