This membership is a mark of accomplishment for recipients: Less than 200 of PAR's 26,000 members receive PAR Excellence Club status annually.
Eligibility is based on the applicant's number of successful listings and sales, the monetary value of the properties, the education level of the applicants. as well as service and participation within the REALTOR organization. The levels of awards are Gold, Silver and Bronze. The additional recognition of Life Membership is given to those earning the PAR Excellence Club Award for three consecutive years.
Members of REALTORS organizations at the local, state and national levels are privileged the Realtor designation, which distinguishes them from non-member broker and salespersons and indicates that they subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics.
