ROBERT HENDRICKS, GRI, President
Mr. Hendricks graduated from Christopher Dock High School in 1968. He earned an associates degree in business in 1971 from Heston College. He became licensed in real estate in 1976. Bob resides in Franconia Twp. with his wife Beverly and their three children. He has a background in, custom homes as an administrative manager, land development, and new home sales. Bob is a member of the Prudential Leading Edge Society.

TERRY L. DERSTINE, GRI, Broker, Secretary/Treasurer
Terry has resided in the Harleysville, Pennsylvania area for his entire life. He now lives there with his wife and daughters. He is very active in his community and church. Terry is on the Board of Trustees at Christopher Dock Mennonite High School. He has also served as deacon and elder at Indian Valley Mennonite Church.
Terry's career in Real Estate began in 1974 and he has been affiliated with Prudential Rittenhouse Realty Group since it's inception in 1976. He has earned his GRI designation, and became a partner in 1980. He is a member of the Prudential Leading Edge Society and Chairman's Circle and is currently the Broker of Record for the company. His background includes residential sales, land development, and commercial and industrial land sales.
He is devoted and enjoys introducing others to the area.

LEE E. BOYLES. CA-S, CRA, CREA, CRP, Commercial Services
Lee entered the real estate business in 1957 and has concentrated on sales and leasing of commercial/industrial properties. He is also a certified general appraiser and is an expert witness for local county court systems, board of assessment and zoning hearing boards.
