SCOPE OF WORK: General Contractor for the construction of a 136,500 SF strip
shopping center. The work encompassed shell construction for the renovation
both inside and out of 66,500 SF of existing space and the addition of 71,000 SF
of new retail facilities. In addition, tenant fit-up work was provided for a 36,500
SF Giunta's Thriftway Market and a 10,000 SF CVS Pharmacy
