CONTRACT AMOUNT: $2,242,900
SCOPE OF WORK:The project encompassed the fit-out of an existing six story
midrse condominium. In an effort to accelerate sales, a new design and construction
team was brought on board. Berks Ridge provided a wide scope of services, including
actual construction, as well as detailed value engineering needed to support suggested
design changes. These changes included the development of double units, the enhancement
of the main lobby and other common spaces, addition of an outdoor pool and a community
room, along with a wide selection of resident upgrade options. As a result, the project
was able to be successfully marketed.
