PROJECT PROFILE
PROJECT:Clemens Country Kitchen, Kulpsville, PA
ARCHITECT: Richard Kapusta and Company
SCOPE OF WORK:Served the owner as Construction Manager/General Contractor
from pre-construction planning through actual construction. The scope of
the work included the building shell as well as all tenant fit-up for the
17,000 SF food processing facility. The teamwork displayed by the Developer/Owner,
Architect and Construction Manager, along with the CM's ability to accelerate
the construction schedule enabled the project to be completed eight weeks early.
This allowed the owner to begin production in time to meet the increased product
demands associated with the summer holidays.
