CONTRACT AMOUNT: $8,558,000
SCOPE OF WORK: Construction Manager/General Contractors and co-developers
for the planning and construction of this 300,000 sf shopping center. Berks Ridge
joined the project team during the conceptual design phase and was responsible
for overall project cost review and control. This highly successful project was
completed both on time and within budget. The overall scope of construction
included all site work and the building shell, as well as final fit-out for 40,000
sf of strip store space, 86,000 sf for an anchor retailer and 80,000 sf for a
building supply outlet.
