PROJECT: Hillcrest Shopping Center, Lansdale, PA

CONTRACT AMOUNT: $300,000
SCOPE OF WORK:Exterior face lift for an existing shopping center. Work focused
on reworking of the canopy, sign band and support piers. Contractor, Owner and
Architect worked closely together to deal with field changes required to resolve
difficult truss and framing details. This effort enabled the project to be completed
within the owner's budget and without any interruption of normal business activities.
