SCOPE OF WORK: Provided Construction Management/General Contracting services
for all site work and shell construction for a 122,000 SF strip shopping center.
In addition, performed custom tenant fit-up for 44,000 SF Genuardi's Market,
along with fit-up for CVS Pharmacy, Encore Books, and The Paper Cutter. Value
engineering returned savings to the Owner of $325,000.
