PROJECT: Shady Grove Elementary School, Blue Bell, PA

CONTRACT AMOUNT: $1,480,000
SCOPE OF WORK:General Contractor for the renovation of existing school. Exterior
work included replacement of windows and new stucco details. Interior renovation
included extensive reworking of gymnasium, entry lobby and halls, library and
administrative offices. Much of the work was accomplished during the school year
without major interruption to the educational program while still
meeting the owner's desired completion date.
