PROJECT: Towamencin Village Square, Kulpsville, PA
ARCHITECT: The Martin Organization
CONTRACT AMOUNT: $8,658,000
SCOPE OF WORK: Provided Construction Management and General Contracting services for all site work, shell construction and selected tenant fit-up for Phase I. The project was released for construction in the dead of winter and through creative project management and careful scheduling the center opened on time nine months later.

Tenant fit-up completing a 44,000 SF Genuardi's Market and a 6,400 SF Thrift Drug.
