Bonnie Beam Joins Michael Anthony Homes as Community Manager
East Coventry Township, PA (May 11th, 2005)
- Michael Anthony Homes announces the appointment of Bonnie Beam, Community Sales Manager
at Woodcrest Estates, its newest community in East Coventry Township, Chester County, PA. Sales
in this 22 estate-home community are now underway, and Bonnie is ready to meet with buyers to
discuss plans for their new home.
Bonnie, who previously sold homes for a large national builder, is excited about working
with a company whose philosophy, "Come Home to Quality," is incorporated into each home that
it builds. "Working with a local builder who focuses on individual customer satisfaction with
a wide variety of choices and options is a welcoming experience for me as new home
professional,"
notes Bonnie. "What a great feeling to be able to tell a prospective homebuyer - Yes,
we can do that," continues Bonnie. "Our goal is to make sure our buyers
get the new home of their dreams."
Bonnie, a West Chester University graduate, and her husband live in Downingtown. A life
long area resident, Bonnie grew up in Bucks County and recently purchased a new home in Chester
County. Having experienced the new homebuilding process first hand, Bonnie understands the
importance of communication between the builder and the buyer and also keeping the buyer involved
throughout the process.
Woodcrest Estates is conveniently located near Route 422 off Ellis Woods Road, just 2.3
miles east of Route 100 via Cedarville Road. The model home is currently under construction and
is scheduled for completion in July. Bonnie notes the long list of standard features offered
by Michael Anthony Homes will be popular with buyers who often expect to pay extra for large
lots, 3-car side-entry garages, custom millwork, upgraded kitchen cabinets and the long list of
quality behind the scenes construction materials.
Woodcrest Estates is located within the Owen J. Roberts School District. Sales will be
conducted from the off-site design center at 100 Springhouse Drive in Collegeville starting May
22, 2005 on Sundays from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. or by appointment. For directions and to schedule
appointments, contact Bonnie Beam at 610.970.9191.
