Lafayette Hill, PA (March 30, 2007) - Michael Anthony Homes is celebrating the Grand Opening of their Valley Farm Estates community on Saturday, April 28th, from 1 to 5 pm.

The “Picnic in the Park”-themed event will feature food and refreshments from local caterers, and we will be hosting an Alex’s Lemonade Stand, too. As a special treat, weather permitting, there will be tethered hot air balloon rides throughout the afternoon. Plus, you can sign up for the chance to be one of four lucky visitors who will get the best view of the rolling hills of Chester County when we raffle off an actual hot air balloon flight that will leave the site around 5:00 pm. There will be plenty of fun things for the kids, including a face painter and a balloon artist!

Special tours of the new, fully decorated Cotswold model and the unfurnished Newbury model will take place throughout the day, as well.
